Color: nice dark purple like a good Aussie Shiraz
Nose: first thing I notice is fresh wood chips and cedar. Under that is the smell of dark fruit. 9/10
Taste: mouthwatering and peppery (but not bitter--smooth and wooden) with an amazing and looooong aftertaste that is buttery and smooth. The aftertaste might be my favorite part. Not much fruit on the taste, but still great. 9/10.
