Just enough oak to give off an aroma of Creme brûlée. Beautiful acidity with Apple & peach notes. A mere 90 cases was crafted. Delightful bits of sediment (I love sediment)

Jan 19th, 20162013 Thralls Chardonnay Antonio Mountain
Consisting of 100% Old Clone Wente from Antonio Mountain Vineyard, located in the cool Petaluma Gap just 4 miles from Tomales Bay at the southern edge of the Sonoma Coast AVA, clusters were hand sorted, gently pressed and fermented in 50% neutral French oak and 50% stainless steel tank. It finished 100% malolactic fermentation and was aged 8 months before bottling in September 2014.
