Bing cherry, raspberry, strawberry, cranberry, crushed red rose petals, minerality, baking spices, cedar and abundant acidity and minerality on the palate.

Consisting of Dijon 667 and 777 clones from the Russian River Valley, the grapes were hand sorted, gently crushed and fermented in small lot micro bins. The wine completed 100% malolactic fermentation, aged 11 months in 100% French oak (33% new) and unfiltered before bottling in August 2013.
