Rothenburger Eich trocken Johanniter

Clear, medium gold in color; on the nose, it's clean with pronounced primary, secondary, and tertiary aromas of honey, chamomile, and over-ripe yellow apples; on the palate, it's dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, and pronounced primary and secondary flavors of lemon peel, apricots, and slate with a long finish. This wine is balanced and intense. Overall, I rate this wine as very good.
