On the palate flavors of citrus, pineapple, pear and honeysuckle, slightly creamy. Medium+ finish, good balance ending with fruit and flinty mineral character. Enjoy with nice Seared Sesame Ahi Tuna.

Star bright straw yellow. Inviting nose of tangerine and Juicy Fruit gum. Medium light bodied palate confirms the nose adding citrus rind, white flowers, white pepper, and skim cream. Medium plus acidity. Moderate finish. Excellent California SB made for light to medium fare, but still eminently shippable in its own. Drink now.
