Philip Titus, from the famed Chapellet winery in Prichard Hill, has made a fantastic reserve bottle in the 2013 vintage! Approachable now at its young age, (drink or hold) classically bold and rich, with lots of mashed red fruits, clove, fresh violets and melted milk chocolate on the nose, with a fine grain tannin, creme-de-casis, vanilla, cocoa powder, mocha, and a lingering finish that continues to develope for several minutes!
