Waited little too long

Heavy cherry flavor, smooth. Not huge body

Kind of watery and less kick...maybe because Dad opened it days ago

Very good chianti. Flavorful without being overly harsh.

I tried this by itself and with lasagna

Dry and earthy but not in an off-putting way. Not as smoky as I'd prefer.
