A really good bottle that is evolving over time, I don't have any more time. Dinner is ready. Graphite and cinnamon nose. Super bright acidity and fresh. Blueberries, blood orange, slight smokey element. Back of the palate I get touch of black fruits and sassafras/root beer. Nice wine that needs time to decant.

The only Tor Cab made under the “Rock” label, as it was the first non-Single Vineyard Cab produced. Subsequent non-SVD’s went under the Tor label. 95% Cimarossa and 5% Mast. Drinking very well right now with s beautiful Cab profile.
