Bought this 2008 in 2010. Supposed to cellar for 5-7 years. We opened this in 2013 or 2014 when we found it in the back of our wine cabinet (not climate controlled), and it tasted a little vinegary. Love the softness and complexity that the clay soil in this valley gives the wine.
