Yummy mimosas cava!

Refreshing and bright, perfect against the smokey restaurant.

So many bubbles !! Bitey. So many bubbles.

A really good Cava, especially when you consider the retail price ($12.99). Straw, golden apple, rosemary notes. Same on the palate, rich enough to mention it, huge finish, minerally, pretty, small, bubbles. I like it a lot, ya know, considering everything?

So delicious. A little Sweet but not too tart. Tasty in a mimosa or on its own.

Mimosa morning, I vote yes.
