30 minute decant, which was perfect. Quite possibly one of the best noses I’ve ever experienced from a Napa Cab!! This wine was very much like the ‘05 French Bordeaux’s I’ve been drinking. Purple color. Cherry fruit dominated by smoke, earth, and cedar. Tons of character and silky smooth. I truly believe these Napa Cabs need a lot of aging as is evident by this wine. Can’t remember why I stopped buying Trinchero, but I’m back! Truly enjoyed this!
