Deep Probe LaGae Vineyard Riesling

A ménage a trois from 3 wild Oregon vingerons made in homage to a disappearing old Riesling vineyard, with hints of botrytis and tawny steel perfume. An idiosyncratic weirdo saved for my own exploratory adventures! Some tales not even a pirate talks about ;-)

So weird. Botrytis extended skin contact Riesling rubber and candied pineapple on nose moderate plus acid with rs on palate. Not your average Riesling

A tasty tense wine with a great story.

Nutty with sweet caramel notes

Weird one—very oxidative in character. Pink Lady apples, a cidery finish, flesh of cherries. Not unenjoyable to drink, but maybe not what I'm looking for in riesling?
