05' Winter. Red brick/purple in color. 1 hour decanting & this is ready to go. This has all the big soft black fruits that I love. I'm also getting cedar, sweet dark chocolate & raspberries. Dissipating/refined tannins ,with very light acidity. Long smooth finish. Drinking now... I don't see it getting better. 3/5 great years.

Elegant & ready to go. Smooth & long finish. Very close to a pop & pour wine. It's not getting any better. Drink them, if you have them. 3+ great years.

Really nice Cab. Definitely got involved here thanks to David@David A Lentine . I taste black currants, black cherries, no doubt black pepper as well with some oregano. Nice body unlike mine with a nose of charcoal.
