50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Cabernet Franc rosé blend. The nose reveals fresh small/underripe tart strawberry, raspberry, chalky soil and shale stone minerality, cranberry, strawberry rhubarb shortcake, black pepper, and a subtle floral note buried underneath the more dominant aromas. On the palate, there's more raspberry, cranberry more chalky/shale minerality, black pepper, rhubarb, watermelon candy, with strawberry and that minerality lasting through the finish. Definitely a pleasant enjoyable rosé; it's American, but has a lot in common with its French Provençal counterparts (dry, lots of minerality, tart fruits, etc.).

Great chill & Chuck wine. Reasonably priced, dances on your pallet. Fruit forward, dry back. What's not to love for a $12.00 price point. Serve very cold.
