Copeland Vineyard Riesling

Kumquat and pear skins, vibrant acid and very dry. I asked Matt what the RS is and he says "I dunno, one? I not a numbers guy, I'm a flavor guy."

Dry but robust Riesling with honey notes at finish

Not A big Riesling fan. After this bottle may change my stance clean taste nice balance all around enjoyable

Dont typically do Riesling. This was lovely. Not sweet, but crisp and refreshing.

Aromas of green apple, green pear, peach, hay, wildflowers, slate and sandy soil, honey. The palate is remarkably similar to the nose, offering more green apple, green pear, wildflowers, and slate; with pear and slate rounding out the finish. Nice Riesling, first Washington Riesling for me.

Bright, clean nose full of citrus and stone. Subtitle at first with slight off-dry sweetness followed by a burst of acidity and skate with a finish full of minerality.

Bright with a strong pear finish. Sweet, but doesn't venture near dessert territory.
