🇦🇷 Cabernet Sauvignon🍷 from Argentina. Full body, aged in oak barrels, dry and somewhat smooth to the palate with taste of chocolate 🍫 and cherry 🍒. The tag on the bottle gave it a rating of 92. I wasn’t impressed at first but once breathing this wine evolved into something very good.. I would pair it with sweet and sour pork 🐷 although it is a red varietal. 13.5 % ABV.
