2010 Unti is hitting on all cylinders. I made a good call matching this with peppered prime ribeye. The Mourvèdre and Barbera definitely come into play and add complexity and rusticity.

Could taste the age on it- in a good way, a bit of Barbera and Mourvèdre added to the blend is a nice touch. Enjoyed with a nice roast
