Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Bright acid with notes of green apple, nectarine, green pepper, grass and lemon curd. Had it with creamy corn soup and brussels sprouts.

Light and could have more of a bite. Drank with Melissa at Sattui!

Surprised by this Sauvignon blanc. 100% stainless steel aging gives it very citrusy notes like peach, lime, mango, and lemon. Solid acidity, one I would enjoy with spicy food. #napavalley #winelife #vsattui
