One of the best batches of this en Rama I've had yet. Great texture. Nuts. Saline. Tang. Apple. Fresh and fantastic!

A half bottle of this and some crisply broiled (but oh so moist inside!) bluefish at home is about as perfect as food and wine can ever be together.
