Roero Arneis
I’ve long relied on Roero for great-value Nebbiolo and was jazzed to try the village Arneis. Aromatically crisp and floral, but with a full mouthfeel and flavors of apricot and apple. Perfect with simply prepared Ling Cod caught off the Oregon Coast.

Apr 1st, 2018Honeydew melon, Anjou green pear, kiwi, gardenias, almonds, white gummy candies. Beautiful rounded acidity, silky-oily texture, medium bodied, long mineral driven floral finish. Rich yet lean, floral without being bitter, persistent yet not overly pronounced acid. Biodynamic.
