2021 vintage.
100 % Arneis grapes from vineyards in La Morra, Alba, Guarene and Castagnito in Piedmont.
Stainless steel ferment with several months resting on the lees.
Pale straw yellow in colour.
Acacia and yellow flowers with dried Chamomile, green apple, ripe peach and crushed stone.

Floral white flower nose. Lemon, grapefruit, and more floral notes on the palate. Nice and bright, but with enough chalky mineral body to balance it out. Like a delicious adult lemonade. — 9 days ago
