100 % Arneis grapes from vineyards in La Morra, Alba, Guarene and Castagnito in Piedmont.
Stainless steel ferment with several months resting on the lees.
Pale straw yellow in colour.
Acacia and yellow flowers with dried Chamomile, green apple, ripe peach and crushed stone.
A slightly bitter but fresh finish makes this wine perfect for Vitello Tonnato or whole grilled fish on the BBQ. — 4 months ago
