Well I don’t taste mustard as It hints on the bottle but I do taste some earthy tones of spice right away and tobacco. The glass legs are better than most with fruity berry flavors and taste. Nice and clear ruby red look and pear coming in late. The longer it sits the more expression there is of the regions. A great Pinot for any party.
