Had the absolute privilege of enjoying this bottle with new friends after tasting 30 bottles of champagne at an event last night. A truly unique burnt orange color developed with its 33 years in the bottle and bubbles were still present. Wonderful complexity of nuttiness, green apple, caramel, brioche, spice and chalky finish.
