Pomerol APC 2006, 13.6%. Bottle tasted in February 2915. I uncorked the bottle 3 hours before dinner.
Dark and deep, and intense color. Very traditional nose.
In the mouth the taste is so smooth, with all the characteristics of long aging in wood, thick and velvety. I paired it with a homemade slow-cooked boeuf bourguignonne, and I thought it was perfect!
