Dark raisin, tobacco. Not complex, but fantastic to drink for the price.

An enticing mix of herbs, light oak, bright cherry juice, and black pepper on the nose. A rich palate of chocolate, earth, minerals, and dark flowers, leading to some medium minus tannins and an easy, affable finish with a nice harmony of the aforementioned elements. Very pleasant.

Medium ruby color. Cherries, black currant, raspberries, herbaceous notes. Secondary aromas of vanilla, cedar, coffee. Some tertiary earthy, forest floor aromas. The flavors match the aromas, but the fruit is more pronounced and the earthy, and gravel flavors come though . High tannins, medium+ acidity, high alcohol.
It's an interesting wine with a long finish and good now, but it could use several more years to help it balance and mellow.
