Nov 5th, 2021Earthy, savoury, with moist earth, mushrooms, leather and incense, with some vanilla blackberry & blueberry in the background. Savoury yet with a hint of sweet fruit.
Surprisingly light bodied with firm, quite rustic tannins and a smoky character to the black fruit. Nice acidity, savoury in style, a touch dry towards the finish.
Brilliant to smell, better with food than to sip.
