Very light bodied Cab that doesn't have many complex flavors. The nose is promising with a fairly prominent fruity bouquet and first taste is very light but with not much finish. It is not as dry as most Cab's, which is ok with me. Unfortunately the flavors softened with my steak and mushroom meal rather than complimenting it. Bottom line, for me this was a better drinking Cab than meal accompaniment, and I usually go for Merlot or Pinot for that.
