Private Bin Light Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

2022 vintage.
Pale straw, nearly water white in colour.
Gooseberry, Granny Smith apple and kiwi on the nose.
Bright, fresh and herbaceous.
Lemon grass, jalapeño pepper, white grapefruit and passion fruit.
Very tasty with grilled local salmon and octopus on the BBQ.

Fruity sweet start but not overpowering. Smooth throughout. Good flavor. Paired well with our baklava
