Fruity smell, little bubbly, less bitter after taste, also pear? Sweet but not overly. Liked this even better than the Castello one.

A bit sweet for a gewurtzraminer, but not cloying. Very drinkable with or without food. Pairs well with more than just spicy dishes/Asian
