Surprisingly delicious German Pinot Noir
Dec 2nd, 2015Ehhh, dryer wine
Mar 31st, 2018Not bad. Having not tried many German wines, it was completely different from a California Pinot Noir. Much lighter in color and flavor. Was also a little more dry and much less complex. We used it for a Scandinavian drink called glögg and it went well with it.

Dec 11th, 2016I really liked this though it contrasted strongly with a number of sweeter wines from Germany, so it didn't show as well. Good tannic backbone plus some fruit and herbal notes. Went well with creamy mushroom sauce.
