This is an odd Cabernet. Not a favorite of mine. Nose was off putting. Just odd. Very spicy and a drank like it was higher alcohol. May have been an off bottle. Just was not digging this wine on this day.

Went really well with our pork chop. Good value at $14 a bottle. Shouldn't disappoint. More peppery/spice than my usual go-to cabs but it was well balanced with the meal which is what's most important. I'd buy this again!
