See: dark red, impermeable
Smell: strawberry
Taste: strawberry, vanilla, spicy
Acidity: med.
tannins: med.

Smell: dark fruits, specifically blackberry maybe.
Taste: medium acidity, low tannins. Maybe hints of raspberry.
Conclusion: actually pretty good.

upon first taste, it’s peppery, oaky, rich.
decently acidic, longggg finish, getting woody spices and dark fruit notes

Smooth the point of being near painful. Silky and stony taste.

Raspberry aroma, blackberry and cherry taste. Really smooth aftertaste, coats well. Tannins were noticeable, but not at all overpowering

Licorice on the nose. Very strong oaky and spicey notes. Leather, cloves, pepper. Full bodied.
