Color of egg white. Nose of ripe pineapple, fermented rice, hint of spice, and a touch of mineral. Taste of good pineapple again, light with some minerals, a bit more stone fruits, a touch of warmth. Aftertaste is peachy, citrusy, medium short with some more tasty acidity. I will mistake her as clean above average Rose.
