It may have passed its peak but nevertheless, it is still a pleasant Gran Reserva that is complicated and not tired at all. In the mouth, suave tannin with very accessible acidity, fruit, truffles and leather are displayed with a pretty lengthy finish on animal fur and caramel. This wine should be enjoyed the moment that it is accessible and without decantation, the fruit and finish will go down rapidly after an hour's decanting with more account of notice on alcohol. 87points.
