I was not feeling this when I opened it, but a day later the super-bright apple-y character has settled down and now it's just about everything you could want from regional white Burgundy.

Overwhelming nose of sulphur, even after decanting. This would probably be good after 3 days in the fridge. Unfortunately no such option when you're at a restaurant.
