Fruitier than the Imperial Reserva with less oak influence.
Medium bodied, but with excellent acidity and freshness. A slightly reduced nose but the palate shows well the cherry, plum, cranberry, cinnamon, and iron.

Good intensity on the nose with a fair complexity. In the mouth well balanced with refined tannins and a long length. Silky texture

86% Tempranillo. much bigger than the 2018. Expressive nose. Tannins are still prominent but the red fruit stands up to the structural elements.

Needed lots of time to open. Once it did WOW yummy . Nice dry oaky finish . Wet on the palate. Black licorice , coffee . Stands up so well with strong flavours in Foods

Beautiful fruit and spice overlaid by game and eucalyptus coming from age and barrel. Great length and spice spice spice on the palate with a taste of herbs. it was perhaps not as elegant as I would have hoped but it is a bold great rioja.
