Hazy pale yellow color. Direct nose with a slight note of cider and apple blossom. Integrated acidity, pleasant dry compunds and short to middle length with reoccuring aromas. As the french say - glou glou!

Bone dry lemon/apple. Hint of vinegar. Slightly cloudy. Good minerality.

Oct 7th, 2016Vini Viti Vinci Bourgogne Aligoté Bréau "M", with the "M" indicating skin maceration (two weeks of it). This is part of a one-off "M" bottling of the Aligoté that Vauthier did for the first time in 2014. Hey @Delectable Wine - this "M" variation should have its own separate listing distinct from the non-"M". (Thanks @Eric Brown for the info.)
