Has been Cved but no record. As usual just a beauty. Almost a waste to drink with food despite the terrific pairing. Still my fav with all vintage.

“Reiler bottling”. More developed than bottle consumed in December but still enjoyable. This is an auslese with notes of oolong tea, jasmine, overripe stone fruit and while the bottle warmed up, something resembling a minerality. Rich sweet and viscous this lacks acidity a bit but some pleasantly bitter phenolics help balance all the RS.

Apr 25th, 20193/20/19. Another yummy Vollenweider. Bit softer than other vintages and more rounded. Still, can't complain!
