Deliciously fizzy, super well done, very balanced... But yet, decided to explore Riesling and am lost :-) i am sorry to say but THIS IS WAY TOO SWEET!!!

High acid super quick finish. Nice light entry level wine. Off dry and it's a winner. Was great with the Tako poke pairing
