Scents of apricot and honey seduce your senses. The nose was so good that I almost didn't need to take a sip, but I did, and I was glad. Firm acidity and a little tart citrus followed from the glass while flavors of apricot cascaded over my tongue. The finish lasted for days. Paired perfectly with a crispy, spicy duck at Chada Street. Wow!
