Tasted blind. Dark gold, heavy in the glass. Crazy nose with notes of ripe apricot, petrol, burnt orange and slate. Less impactful in the mouth. Very light acidity and a thin finish. This was all about the nose. Good start to the night.

2011 vintage. Green melon/papaya, underripe fruit throughout with tons of minerality. RS on the back end that was perfectly balanced.

Extremely well balanced. Honey, petroleum almost "half sweet". Will improve further! Smaskens!!
