Thank you, Anthony at Wine Store, for always suggestive selling me on exactly what I want! This is Caymus's Malbec, and you can definitely tell they are sisters. Not a huge Malbec fan, but this is nice and for $39 at WS, down. with. it! Lots of signature Malbec fruit, Caymus-like nose, a good guilt-free weekday indulgence.

Deliscous Malbec from Wagner Family. Well balanced, Very fruit forward with hints of vanilla, cinnamon and other baking spices. Smooth, long lasting finish.

What you would expect from a Caymus Malbec. Full bodied, fruit forward and smooth effort. You can definitely find a better way to spend $50 on wine, but it is a very solid bottle.

Still that interesting Malbec from Argentina made by Caymus! Opened for Dona at wine dinner 5/8/21. Wasn’t used for pairing but did well subsequent days.

Big WFW fan. Dark fruit with vanilla notes hide the alcohol well.
