Last of the vintage, my last bottle from this defunct producer. Old vine Chenin blanc, who will save you in Washington state? Pale yellow, excellent clarity. White floral and apricot stone notes in nose. Apricot in mouth with a hint of saline and nutty aldehydes. Light to moderate skin astringency with apricot peel and orange-citrus in aftertaste. Just enough acid to carry through, soft. This wine is aging really nicely, something special.

Pale white, excellent clarity. Peach note in nose. Dry, tart, mild skin astringency. Stone fruit and citrus flavors, leesy lemon finish.

Nice, basic white. Not a lot of depth. Light. Very little odor. Worked just fine with Broiled Steelhead and asparagus. Paid $2.99 at Grocery Outlet.
