Happy birthday gift from my mom that we bought at a farmers market in goshen NY. Enjoying tonight on what will probably be one of the last nights I’ll want to drink a white wine since the fall weather is starting to set in. Pale lemony color. Some slight bubbles right out of the bottle. Smells like peach, maybe some floral. To taste - Medium acid. Medium low body. Soft and round mouthfeel. A little effervescent. Fruity and fresh without being sweet. Pretty yummy! Better than I was expecting from a Hudson valley wine. Would buy again. drank when not super chilled which brought out the aroma and flavors more.
