Würzburger Stein trocken Riesling

Very dry! I haven't had a Riesling that was this dry and had so much flavor before.

Praise be to the wine Gods, a Riesling that is not cloyingly sweet with an interesting character to match. The vintners claim to fame rests on the fact that they produced a wine in the early 1500's and there are two unopened bottles of it still around. they are the oldest known wine bottles in existence.
