Top Notes For
Ray Vanderhoff

Longstanding German family winery. Light (see through) garnet/ruby color. Aromas and flavors of blackberry, blueberry and black currant fruit. Additional notes of asphalt and anise. Reasonably long and lightly oaked finish. Medium bodied with enough acidity to keep the wine in balance. Fresh tasting, refreshing and a fine expression of the varietal. Solid QPR.
