Weingut Geil (Johann Geil)
Rheinhessen Kabinett Scheurebe
Ruby red grapefruit, a touch of sweetness, and vibrant acidity make this Scheurebe a surprisingly tasty aperitif.

Mar 17th, 2015Top notes are floral. Not too sweet. Extremely drinkable and pairs well will a range foods, from spicy to more delicate.

Dec 7th, 2016Has great grapefruit/mandarin notes on the nose. Refreshing acidity on the palate which is rounded out by slight fruit. Texture and mild weight. 7.5 out of 10

Jul 12th, 2015Mmmm....Scheurebe. Candied pink grapefruit, ripe pineapple, Rainier cherries, tangerine, white fig, lots of white flowers (especially elderflower and honeysuckle), white mullberry, red papaya. More Spätlese level ripeness here, but super delicious
