Very saline nose, like a grapefruit salt water taffy. Stone fruit, gala Apple, celery seed, and light honey round out the nose. Strikingly dry with tart acid that can only be tempered by something fat and oily. Fried chicken does the trick. Mineral finish.

Bit tangy at first sip, but smooth with slight citrus, raisins after taste. Fresh, light and pleasing

( this is the g veltliner, 2018 btw)

Wonderful choice to accompany a Wiener Schnitzel ;-). Dry, slightly bitter wine with grapefruit on a palate, this one drinks like a better quality Gruner.
