Spätburgunder

Pale ruby color, showing already some brownish tones. Fruit still strong on nose and palate, red cherry and plum, red currant, pepper, smoke, savoury, herbal notes, some jaminess. Acidity on the medium+ side, medium tannins and body, medium+ finish. Borderline very good wine, drink it now, found it forgotten in the wine fridge.
