Crushable. Just snake a straw into the bottle and call it a night

Dec 3rd, 2017A very light red -in color, not in flavor- with interesting jammy notes. Very unique!

Sep 29th, 2017Some chilled Schiava to cool off with in this scorching summer heat. Delightfully tasty and refreshing; simple but yielding in its pleasure. Pours a pale ruby hue. Moderate concentration of aromas of just-ripe wild, alpine strawberry, red cherry, crushed fresh rose petals, wet stone, and a smattering of dried herbs. The palate echoes the nose, with more (and slightly riper) wild strawberry and red cherry, wet stone, crushed rose petal, and dried herbs. Medium (+) acid, light to medium (-) body with a nice supple texture, and fine grained, low intensity tannins that are just barely perceptible. Certainly a good bottle to reach for if you want a lithe, thirst-quenching red.
